Our Team
Dr. Josh Madonick
Founder, DPT, PT, CSCS
Dr Madonick founded BaseCamp Physical Therapy in 2019 with the intention of creating a space for athletes to recover from and prevent future injuries that keep them from the activities they love most. He graduated from CSU Fresno’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2017 and has been a resident of Petaluma ever since. With an extensive background in athletics (ranging from football to trail running) he strives to provide Sonoma County with physical therapy that truly meets their needs.
Dr. Nick Pasadis
PT, DPT
Dr. Nick Pasadis, PT, DPT is a Sonoma County native who earned his Bachelor’s degree at Sonoma State University in Biochemistry. Following undergraduate schooling and briefly working as a validation engineer, he re-evaluated his interests and found a passion in physical therapy. In 2020 he graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from San Diego State University where he developed his skills as a movement-based specialist. Nick takes a proactive approach to care, and believes it is critical to empower the patient by instilling within them the knowledge for self-management of their pain and independence with exercise. While in his DPT program he had the privilege to research and gain a better understanding of sports related epidemiology with specific emphasis on young cross country athlete runners. He has a strong interest in sport’s related injuries and the risk factors that put an individual more at risk for injury. His desire is to work with athletes of all ages around Sonoma County. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kid, running, hiking, reading, gaming and exploring Sonoma County.
Jade Winter-Hare
Patient Success Coordinator
Jade grew up in the Humboldt area, and found her love for physical fitness through the sport of Capoeira. She is currently a student at Sonoma State University, as she prepares to enter physical therapy school in the future. She’s a dog (and bunny!) lover, and loves to be outside any chance that she gets. In her role as Patient Success Coordinator, she’ll be the first person you talk with, and will also help you to navigate any questions surrounding scheduling and billing.
